This Republican campaign pin shows Theodore Roosevelt from his Spanish-American War days. It is the shape of Teddy Roosevelt's head, wearing a hat with the proper left side of the brim turned up. It says "U.S.V." in small raised letters on the collar underneath Roosevelt's chin. When the chin and collar are pulled down, Roosevelt's mouth opens to reveal a red paper label with white text: "Give Them Hell Boys."
