The assassination of President Kennedy took place on November 22, 1963, in Dallas, Texas. The Warren Commission Report presented evidence identifying Lee Harvey Oswald as the assassin of President Kennedy and indicated that he acted alone in that event. This windshield, removed from President Kennedy's limousine, was one of the items received by the Warren Commission as evidence relating to the investigation.
