This is a telegram sent from Attorney General T. W. Gregory to the U.S. Attorney in Ohio calling for the arrest of Paul Krusius, a German immigrant, under the proclamations and regulations of alien enemies prescribed by President Woodrow Wilson. It comes from a series of case files of enemy aliens detained during the First World War under the
President's Proclamation of April 6, 1917.
