This is a telegram sent from Attorney General T. W. Gregory to the U.S. Attorney in Ohio calling for the arrest of Paul Krusius, a German immigrant, under the proclamations and regulations of alien enemies prescribed by President Woodrow Wilson. It comes from a series of case files of enemy aliens detained during the First World War under the President's Proclamation of April 6, 1917. This document was digitized by teachers in our Primarily Teaching 2015 Summer Workshop in Chicago.
