Catharine Waugh McCulloch, Master in Chancery of the Superior Court of Cook County, Illinois, sent this letter to the Senate. She wrote that the Democratic Convention of Illinois passed a resolution in favor of the Federal Suffrage Amendment (the 19th Amendment). She asks the Democrats in Congress to stand with President Wilson's recommendation to support the amendment.
