The Abraham Lincoln Statue by W. Granville Hastings was erected in Jefferson, Iowa in 1918.
A replica of Hastings' statue of Lincoln in Cincinnati, Ohio, this statue lies along the historic Lincoln Highway. The lifesize statue depicts the 16th President standing with his right hand holding a piece of paper. On its base is attached a plaque with an excerpt from Lincoln's Second Inaugural Address.
