This metal campaign piece simulates an automobile license plate. It shows a large stein of beer and black and white images of Franklin D. Roosevelt (on left) and John N. Garner (on right). "Roosevelt and Garner" is printed along the bottom. It was created by Green Duck Chicago for F.S. Wattells-Turrell, 11323 Indiana Ave., Chicago, Ill. It was presented to F.D.R. by F. Robers of Chicago, Illinois.
