Description

This is the Notice of Motion and Affidavit of singer-songwriter Pete Seeger after he refused to answer questions from a congressional committee investigating Communist influence in the entertainment industry. Seeger’s conviction limited his ability to travel, and he sought to have the motion lifted or extended so he could travel to perform.
