This original caption for this photograph reads: “A right front view of a parked UC-123K Provider aircraft of the 315th Tactical Airlift Wing. The aircraft, being inactivated, is named “Patches” for the more than 1,000 hit-hole patches that it received during the Vietnam conflict.”
