Description

The Assistant U.S. Attorney wrote a letter to William Dietrich allowing him to apply for parole. It comes from a series of case files of enemy aliens detained during the First World War under the President’s Proclamation of April 6, 1917. This document was digitized by teachers in our Primarily Teaching 2015 Summer Workshop in Chicago.
