Description
In this World War II poster, an open-mouthed fish is about to be hooked by an enemy worm. In wartime, avoiding careless talk to keep the enemy from learning secrets was a popular theme for Government posters. Such posters warned people that small snippets of information might be useful to the enemy and compromise national security and soldiers’ safety.
