This is Deposition #6 of Benjamin Tidd and Joseph Abbot of Lincoln regarding the events of April 18 and 19, 1775 at Lexington and Concord, Massachusetts Bay Colony. In this deposition they describe that the British “Regulars fired a volley or two before any guns were fired by the Lexington Company.”
