President Jimmy Carter and Mrs. Rosalynn Carter, President Anwar Sadat and Mrs. Jehan Sadat, and Prime Minister Menachem Begin and Mrs. Aliza Begin in Washington for the Signing of the “Treaty of Peace Between the Arab Republic of Egypt and the State of Israel.”
