This item consists of annual reports that were submitted as a single court exhibit in the case of The W. J. Cody (“Buffalo Bill’) Historical Pictures Co. v. The Colonial Amusement Co., et. al. The annual reports were sent to the Colorado Secretary of State’s Office between 1914 and 1922. This case involved the improper use of Cody’s image and name, “Buffalo Bill.”
