Weighing the Evidence
  • Consider the 12 sources before you (the Rosa Parks Arrest Record is 2 pages and counts as one source).  As you consider each, decide where they belong on the scale and place them there, then answer the corresponding question for that specific source.  Do not complete the scale all at once, do one source at a time.  Trust me.  
  • As noted, to the left means the source supports the idea of Conformity, and to the right means the source supports Nonconformity.  The farther out you go implies to what degree you believe the source supports either side.
  • You do not have to fill every space on the scale, and you can place more than one source on the same spot (they will stack).
  • When you have finished the scale, screen capture it and place it in the assignment doc on the first page where instructed to.
