Weighing the Evidence
  1. Examine each of the 10 documents/images by analyzing the source information and the content of the source.
  2. Determine whether the source shows a strength (PRO) or a weakness (CON) of the New Deal as an effective or ineffective response to the Great Depression.
  3. Drag the document / image to the side of the scale that corresponds with your choice. (The more you go to the left or the right on the scale indicates how much you believe the source indicates a strength or a weakness, and, you do not have to fill every space on the scale – in other words you can stack more than one image/source in one space).
  4. Once your chart is complete, screen capture it and paste it in the google doc provided to you on Google Classroom. (This will be the google doc you use to answer the questions that follow as well)
